Reaffiliation is a process that all societies must complete at the end of each year if they wish to continue in the following academic year. It involves holding an AGM, voting on who your officers will be, and filling out a reaffiliation form.
Reaffiliation forms for 2021/22 are now closed, we will update this page when they are avaliable for 2022/2023.
We recommend you complete your reaffiliation form on a Laptop or PC and have all your reaffiliation info to hand before you start the form. This includes:
The names and matriculation numbers (H number printed on student ID card) of all your committee members.
Your society bank account details (if you have one).
Your society constitution (if you will be using an amended version rather than the template one).
Please make sure you have permission from your committee members to share their data before completing this form.
