From creating amazing sales displays to chatting customers, there will be loads of opportunities to have fun!

It's Flexible
The minimum we ask of you is to volunteer 4 hours per week so it is easily flexible around your studying and other commitments.
Great CV Builder
The "transferable skills" (boring huh?) that you'll pick up will looks great on your CV. Think teamwork, sales, communications, operations...
You'll be making a difference
Regardless, you can leave knowing you've helped make a difference for students, whether that's by offering cheaper clothing options or through proceeds going back to supporting the Student Union advice service.
Questions
What does a shop volunteer do?
Volunteering in Reloved, you'll meet customers, sort donations and stock and make new friends. You'll be responsible for making sure the shop looks great whether that's through keeping it neat and tidy or creating amazing displays.
What skills do I need?
All we really ask is that you're friendly and welcoming, can have great chat with customers and be flexible and willing to do any of the shop tasks.
How much time do I need to give?
All we ask is that you can give us at least 4 regular hours per week on the rota. After that we'll be as flexible as possible around your studies and other commitments.
Who can volunteer?
Any current UK Heriot-Watt student can volunteer in Reloved. We welcome people from all backgrounds that are keen to give back to the HW community.
How do I get started?
Applying is simple - just complete the form here and a member of the startup team will be in touch. We'll probably want a quick chat with you and talk through what your availability is like. Make sure you highlight if you have any experience in relevant areas as we'll also be looking out for volunteers who'd like to take on a bit more responsibility!
