Guided meditation can help clear your mind, and provide focus. InnerSpace provide free daily online guided meditation sessions (one in the morning, and one at lunchtime) to help you find your inner zen.
The morning session is described as:
"Join us for a 15-minute meditation to recharge your energy and set a positive tone for the day. This is a free live online meditation."
And the lunchtime session:
"An easy way to take time out: a 20-minute meditation booster to stop and slow down, sit back, relax and be guided through a relaxation, visualisation and some quiet moments to clear your head and refresh."
The sessions are free to join (but they ask for a donation is you wish to support them).
