Continuing with our Wellbeing Wednesday series, here are two other tips to take care of yourself (and others) during lockdown!
#3 - BE KIND
Whether that's checking in on your friends and relatives or volunteering for a charity, there are a million ways of doing it! Remember to be kind to yourself too. You made it through a tough year!
#4 - BE AWARE
Give yourself some 'me time’ to reflect on how you are feeling and the world around you. Mindfulness can really help you relax and feel happier. There are loads of free apps you can download to help you!
