Want to bring a friend that’s not part of a society? No problem – the bigger the party the better!

Please see below for FAQs. or if you have any other questions get in touch and we'll get answer your question as quickly as we can!

How do I get my ticket?

Simply purchase your ticket using the button above and we'll send you a confirmation email - take that email to reception in the Student Union and we'll give you your physical ticket!

Your ticket needs to be collected and your dietary requirements submitted to reception at the Student Union before noon Wednesday 18th December.

I want to sit beside my friends/society, how do I organise this?

Good question, don't worry it's pretty easy! When you are collecting your ticket from reception we'll take your details and info about who you want to sit with and we'll arrange the table plans. We'll do our very best to accommodate everyone but keep in mind there are a limited number of seats at each table and it's first come first served - so if you want to make sure you're with everyone make sure to get in early!

What is the refund policy?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, but you can sell the ticket to a friend and do a name change by dropping by reception with the ticket and the person who is taking your place.

What if I lose my ticket?
Unfortunately, we cannot replace your ticket at this point in time. We have your name and details logged and will have a check-in list on the door on the evening so just bring some ID with you! If we have spare tickets left after the event, and you'd like one as a keepsake, let us know on the evening.

I have dietary requirements, what should I do?
Just let us know your requirements when you're collecting your ticket from reception. The venue are being super accommodating and are working hard to make sure everyone gets a delicious meal that is suitable for them!

When you're checking out with your ticket, there is a field for you to include information about your dietary requirements - please make sure you use this!

What charity are we supporting this year?

THANK YOU FOR ASKING we're dying to tell you all about them! This year we're supporting Dignity Boxes, an Edinburgh-based charity that aims to provide small boxes filled with basic toiletries FOR FREE and place them in areas of the Lothians that are experiencing deprivation or a high level of poverty. The aim of the boxes is ultimately to promote self-worth and dignity by allowing those in need to take what they cannot afford, or get access to without having to ask or thank anyone. And we think that's a pretty damn good cause.
