Resilience is how we respond to negative events in our life. Highly resilient people respond in a healthy and sustainable way, unfortunately low resilient people are at a higher risk of responding to negative events in their life by becoming depressed or anxious. This session explores what is emotional resilience and why it is good for your wellbeing and looks at the skills of highly resilient people. The session will be interactive and participation would be appreciated.
