Establishing a healthy sleep pattern can take time, which can be daunting when you only have a couple of weeks until the start of exams. We're having an open discussion where you can share your worries/concerns about balancing sleep/study/exams, get some advice from our Sleep Soc. Committee and other students, and share your own tips that help you to get a good night's kip.
