1 - What skills and experience would you bring to the role?

I bring leadership, creativity, and problem-solving skills from my Master’s in Interior Architecture and Design. My background in project management, education, and facilitation has equipped me with strong communication and organizational abilities. Having worked in team-based projects and student engagement, I understand the importance of inclusivity, collaboration, and effective representation. Being multilingual (English, Hindi, Nepali, Punjabi) allows me to connect with diverse students

2 - Why do you want the role?

I am passionate about empowering students and improving campus life. The Student Union should be transparent, accessible, and proactive in addressing student concerns. I want to enhance student welfare, campus facilities, and student representation to make Heriot-Watt an inclusive and thriving environment for all.

3 - What campaigns or student issues are most important to you?

• Mental Health & Student Welfare – Expand counseling services and stress-management programs.
• Campus Facilities & Services – Improve study spaces, Wi-Fi, and library accessibility.
• Student Representation & Engagement – Implement an open-door policy for student concerns.
• Cultural & Networking Opportunities – More events, networking, and career-building initiatives.
