Spread a little festive cheer this Christmas
Christmas is almost here! For many, the winter break brings joy, festive cheer, and some well-deserved downtime. But we also know this season can feel difficult for some. Thousands of people in Scotland will spend Christmas Day on their own, and loneliness can affect anyone, students included. In our recent Big 6 Survey, some of you said you feel lonely at least monthly.
The good news? Small acts of kindness can make a big difference for others and for you. Giving a little time to someone else can create meaningful connection and those warm, fuzzy feelings we all love at this time of year.
So what can you do? Volunteer!
