On May 6th, we came together to celebrate the incredible staff members who make a lasting impact on the student experience at our annual Learning & Teaching Awards. ✨
These awards are especially meaningful because every nomination came directly from students, recognising the lecturers, tutors, supervisors and support staff who go above and beyond to inspire, encourage and support them throughout their time at Heriot-Watt.
From creating welcoming learning environments to sparking confidence, curiosity and ambition, the dedication shown by staff across the University does not go unnoticed. The heartfelt nominations we received were filled with stories of kindness, passion and life-changing support, making this an evening full of appreciation and celebration.
A huge congratulations to all of our winners and nominees. Every single person recognised should feel incredibly proud of the difference they make to students every day. 💙
