AFBE-UK Heriot Watt University Edinburgh in partnership with Scottish Branch: Association for Black and Minority Ethnic Engineers (AFBE-UK Scotland) held a very informative session titled "What Next? – A Heriot Watt University Career and Mentorship Event". This event was attended by mainly postgraduate and doctoral students from different department seeking to pivot their career from academia to industry. The event featured the AFBE mentorship program, which is open to all students and professionals in need of expert advice and coaching in the best direction to achieve professional and career goals.
