Sounds good?

We'd love for you to apply for this role if you think it sounds like the right fit for you!

The application process requires you to complete a task that you will submit as part of your online application form - so read on carefully!

The Task

To tell us about why you think you are the right fit for this role, we would like you to submit a piece of content explaining why. You have three options for how you submit your content:

  1. Video - maximum 2 minute video, in any style you like, outlining why we should employ you.
  2. Instagram-style carousel post - maximum 10 images that you would post as a carousel that highlights why we should employ you, plus a caption that would go alongside it
  3. Blog post - maximum 500 word blog post about what makes you the right person for this role

You can choose which option you would prefer to submit, and the online application form gives you the opportunity to upload your task. Be creative! But make sure you highlight the reasons why you are the right person for the role. You don't get a second chance to make a first impression!

There is no preferred method of submitting your task to us - each will be looked at with a fixed set of criteria around your ability demonstrated and creativity. Choose what you think will show off you (and your skills) the best. The world is your oyster - so get creative!

A little note on AI... we know we live in a world where people use GenAI - and to an extent we support that. However, please remember that this role is a communications based role, so we are expecting applications from people who don't need to rely on GenAI to write a post / content. It is really, really easy for us to detect if someone has simply got GenAI to generate text for this task - and if we do, then unfortunately your application will go to the bottom of the list for potential interviews. Show us what you can do, not what GenAI can do (otherwise we wouldn't be recruiting for this role and we'd just use GenAI ourselves!).

What's next?

If this is right up your street, complete your task then click below to complete the online application form and submit your task!

If you have any questions, please get in touch with us on hr@hwunion.com and a member of the team will get back to you.

Good luck!
