So we have a few ways you can let them know - especially if you think they've gone above and beyond...
Breathe Kudos
You can leave a public message for any team member on Breathe, by going to the Kudos section of the BreathePeople app.
Click the blue "+" button and select whether you're leaving kudos for an individual or a whole department.
Fill in the rest of the form and click "Give Kudos".
Your comments will then be shared with them, as well as to the entire staff team on the Kudos section of the app / web page.
One-Off Award Payment
One-Off Awards are designed to recognise and reward team members who have made exceptional contributions to the success of HWUnion. These awards can be given in recognition of outstanding performance, special achievements, or exceptional teamwork.
The categories you can nominate someone under are:
- Exceptional Performance: Consistently exceeding expectations in job performance.
- Project Achievements: Successfully completing transformational projects or initiatives beyond the expectations of the role.
- Innovation and Initiative: Demonstrating initiative that leads to significant improvements or successful outcomes.
- Teamwork and Leadership: Exemplary teamwork, leadership, or collaboration within or by a team.
Some examples of reasons you might nominate someone are:
- They delivered a significant project, to a high standard, within a tight timeframe
- They provided outstanding support to students or colleagues beyond usual expectations
- They developed an innovative approach that has positively impacted HWUnion
Using the form linked below, you can nominate someone and provide clear evidence of their awesome-ness. The Panel will review all nominations every quarter, and if successful, the team member will be rewarded with a one-off payment into their account!
Nominate
