Cycle to Work Scheme

Save money on bikes and accessories, and spread the cost interest free through monthly repayments from your payslips. You could potentially save up to 47% on the cost.

The scheme gives you a hire agreement for a fixed period of time, for the bike you wish to purchase. At the end of your hire agreement you can choose to keep the bike (for a small one-off fee).

Signing up is easy:

  1. Pick your package (bike only, bike & accessories, accessories only) and apply through the online portal
  2. We'll approve your application and you'll receive an eCertificate to use in-store to complete your hire agreement
  3. At the end of the hire agreement, you can choose to keep the bike for a small one-off fee

You can save up to 8% on home and tech products at Currys and Ikea - then spread the cost interest free, making monthly payments from your payslip.

Access to the scheme is easy:

  2. On the home screen, choose to enrol on the Tech and Home scheme
  3. Choose where you want to shop, what you want to buy and submit your funding plan, all through the website
  4. We'll approve your request, and you'll be sent an redemption code
  5. Take your code and spend at the retailer you chose
  6. Over the next 12 months you'll pay interest free payments, straight from your salary

After an you pay your annual £5 fee to join, you will receive a prepaid card that you can top up. As you spend (at selected retailers) you can earn cashback and other rewards.

Getting started is easy:

  2. Request your bYond card, and pay the £5 annual fee
  3. You'll receive your card within 5 business days - then activate it online
  4. Load your card up with cash online, then spend away at over 85 retailers
  5. You'll receive a percentage of your spend back onto your card, within 30 days

Available to ALL Team Members

Extras Discounts gives your people up to 15% savings on a huge range of physical and digital gift cards for big-name high street retailers, restaurants and supermarkets across the UK.

Staff Discount

Every team member receives 25% discount in the Shop, Libertys and Geordies.

Simply scan your Staff Card at the till point to receive the discount.

There are some exclusions from the discount, such as items already on promotion and alcohol. Ask if you want more info.

Buy Extra Holiday

Team members who receive holiday (rather than holiday pay) can purchase up to 2 extra weeks holiday (pro-rated for part-time staff) and pay for it through your monthly pay over 12 months.
