Vault City are a well known brewery that specialise in producing fruit-forward modern sour beers and they have just relocated from Dundee to Edinburgh.
Andy Gibson, the Marketing Manager at Vault City Brewing, will be talking to us about their relocation and how they will adapt their brewery in order to keep producing their amazing sour beers.
