From Concept to Consumer: Life Science Industry Masterclasses 2021

This series of three Masterclasses, led by industry experts, will outline the commercial pathway that a product takes from the initial idea to the marketplace.

Each Masterclass, will be led by two companies and will include: presentations focused on specific aspects of the product lifecycle, interactive exercises based on real-life industry scenarios, opportunity for discussion /Q&A.

Masterclasses will be held on:

· Wednesday 3rd February (2pm - 4.30pm)

· Wednesday 17th February (2pm - 4.30pm)

· Wednesday 3rd March (2pm - 4.30pm)

Masterclasses will be open to biological science students. 

Digit badges will be awarded to acknowledge attendance and associated learning.

Attendance at all three Masterclasses is strongly encouraged to gain an understanding of the entire product lifecycle. One application will cover all events.

Places are limited and if over-subscribed we will prioritise according to year and responses to the registration questions. Confirmation of places and further instructions for joining will be emailed out early in January.         

 

This Masterclass series is a joint initiative by the Scottish University Life Science Alliance (SULSA), Skills Development Scotland (SDS), University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh Napier University, Heriot-Wat University and partner companies.
