If you want to book chaplaincy facilities, they may require a deposit. As an affiliated society, you may be eligible for our deposit scheme, where we will make the deposit for you. We do so under the following conditions:
- You first email Christy to confirm the event details - you must do this for each event, unless otherwise agreed.
- You understand that any damage you cause to the facilities must be paid by you, including damage under £50 which would normally be paid from the deposit.
- You are respectful of the Chaplaincy facilities and staff.
- You put the event up on the student union website.
We will then confirm the details with the Chaplaincy and confirm that we have covered the deposit on your behalf.
