#5 - BE ACTIVE
Walking with your friends, dancing in your pjs, going for a run or doing a 15 minute yoga video: anything counts! It will make you happier, less stressed, sleep better and feel more energised. Just do it!
#6 - ENJOY AND LEARN
Lockdown could be the time to try a new hobby, read up about a new subject, or even learn a new skill! Whatever you chose, make it fun! Documentaries, books, podcasts, online tutorials, apps – the list is endless!
