Week 1: 29th April - 5th May
Week 2: 6th May - 12th May
Week 3: 13th May - 17th May

Week 1:

Pulled Pork Burger - Summer barbeque vibes anyone? Served on a delicious pretzel bun, this burger features a juicy beef patty topped with tangy BBQ pulled pork, Applewood cheese and fresh coleslaw! It comes served with a side of chicken wings and paired with Brew Dog's Clockwork Tangerine that packs a perfectly timed delivery of juicy citrus and mellow tropical fruit resting on a light toasty and caramel base.

Cuban Chicken - We're not in Miami but we can pretend! This grilled chicken breast is topped with smoky pastrami, Swiss cheese, peppery mustard and a gherkin and is served on a crunchy ciabatta bun. It's paired Cuban-spiced wedges and a cajun dipping sauce. This burger goes perfectly with Brew Dog's Lost Lager, a dry-hopped Pilsner made with classic German Saphir hops, giving vibrant citrus and stone-fruit notes.

Week 2:

Philly Cheese Steak - We couldn't make a burger out of milk steak and jelly beans so we've chosen Philly's next best thing. This French baguette comes loaded with a beef patty cut in 2, topped with slices of irresistible steak, gooey provolone cheese and fried onions and peppers. We're pairing this one with beef dripping fries and onion rings. Our beer of choice for this Philly classic is a can of Punk IPA from Brew Dog whose bursts of caramel and tropical fruit with an all-out riot of grapefruit, pineapple and lychee, precede a spiky bitter finish.

Katsu Chicken Burger - That's right, we've made a burger from this Japanese classic. It's a succulent chicken breast coated in panko bread crumbs smothered in katsu curry sauce, topped with fresh mixed leaves and served on a black charcoal bun. We're not messing around with this burger either, this burger comes with a side of chicken gyoza and it goes AMAZINGLY with a can of Dead Pony from Brew Dog. With aromas of citrus, lemon-grass and lime zest, the toasted malt base ebbs to a huge hop hit, washing tropical fruit, floral garlands and spicy undertones all over your palate.

Week 3:

Jamaican Jerk Burger - Ever been to the Carribean? Don't worry we'll take you there with this burger! This marinated jerk chicken breast packs a punch. It sits on a sesame bun and is topped with lettuce, a carrot, cabbage & onion slaw and sliced pineapple. This burger comes with a blackened corn cobb and is paired with Elvis Juice, an IPA like no other. Elvis Juice puts grapefruit centre stage, primed with tart pithy grapefruit peel for a citrus assault on the senses. And at 6.5% this beer will make you feel the rhythm.

Mac 'N' Cheese Burger - It wouldn't be Scotland without either macaroni cheese or something deep-fried so we thought we'd go for both. This burger is built on a brioche bun that's brushed with garlic butter and toasted. On top of that, we've stacked a juicy beef patty, a puck of breaded and deep-fried molten mac & cheese, bacon, and mozzarella. This behemoth is served with a side of Halloumi Fries and is paired with Brew Dog's Hop Rocker, with toast, citrus and hints of spice on the nose, followed by a rich biscuit character with notes of gooseberry, lychee and subtle lemon-grass.
