Body Positivity is the idea that you should love, accept and take care of your body. It’s the notion that you deserve happiness and love, regardless of what society says. Leave all those unrealistic standards behind and instead appreciate what your body does for you on a daily basis! Learning to love your body can be very tough, especially because we have the tendency to compare ourselves to others around us and on the internet.
We wanted to hear your thoughts on the subject, so we asked a few of our students to write blogs on what body positivity means to them!
