Ticket Bundles
Our amazing Ticket Bundles give you entry to 5 evening events during Freshers Week for a fixed, discounted price!
It's really simple to use - and is all handled online so you can claim a ticket at home, or on the go.

How does it work?
1. Buy Your Bundle
You'll need to log in with your HW IT account details to be able to buy a bundle.
2. Pick Your Events
You don't have to pick right away - you can even pick on the day (as long as there are still tickets available!)
3. Get Your Free Tickets!
You'll receive each ticket as an email with an e-ticket attached. Bring that to the event to get entry!

The Small Print
1. Only one ticket bundle can be purchased per Fresher. You must be a registered student at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh Campus and have logged in using your Heriot-Watt IT login details (the ones you use to access your @hw.ac.uk email account) in order to make a purchase. 2. Each bundle entitles the customer access to 5 event tickets for free. The events available are Welcome to the Jungle, Candyland, Ceilidh (Early & Late), The Liquid Room, Community Cinema (all three shows), Freebie Friday, Freshers Ball (including entry to the after party) and the Freshers Pub Quiz. 3. All other events that require entry to be paid, must be purchased separately. Please contact the venue hosting the event for information on purchasing tickets. 4. Free event tickets can only be claimed through our website using the link provided in your Bundle email receipt or by selecting "Bundle E-Ticket" on each event page. Add the tickets you want to your basket and complete the checkout - if the ticket is available with your bundle it will be zero priced so you will not be charged. 5. E-tickets will be emailed to your @hw.ac.uk email address - you must bring this e-ticket with you to the venue (on your phone is fine) where it will be scanned. Unfortunately we cannot allow entry without a valid e-ticket. 6. You will be able to claim your free tickets for each event until our capacity is reached, at which point tickets will no longer be able to be claimed. 7. All 5 events must be used - we can't offer refunds for any unclaimed tickets.
