Stressed? Overthinking? Looking to find ways to calm your mind? Join our online mindfulness group where we will practice some simple and common mindfulness exercises. Our facilitators will guide you through these and there will be space to talk about your practice.

Please note if attending that it is best to find a quiet room or spot where you won't be disturbed during the hour. Mindfulness is not recommended for anyone experiencing significant depression or trauma, or if you experience symptoms such as dissociation or disconnectedness. Facilitator Kenny Boyd will be available for up to half an hour after the end of the session, if needed, at K.Boyd@hw.ac.uk
