Yoga Goodness with Eniko!
Come along to this 60-minute beginners vinyasa yoga class! We will synchronise the breath with dynamic movement to calm the mind and energise the body, and to ground us to the present moment.
- You don't have to be flexible, or 'good at' yoga: the focus is not on what you do, but on how you do it - just give it a go, there's nothing to lose!
- This class is to provide a break from the business of freshers' week that can bring up a chaotic swirl of all sorts of feelings and emotions. Yoga can bring balance and serve as an anchor when everything around us is happening fast and transforming moment to moment.
- By making time to nurture your connection with yourself, you also nourish your connection with others - when there's balance within, there's balance on the outside too.
