Recent times have presented all of us with a whole host of changes. Whether it’s going back to ‘normal’ after a worldwide pandemic, coming to a new country for the first time, starting university, being on campus for the first time… Adapting to Change is a wellbeing event that will provide you with the reassurance, skills and knowledge to adapt to these changes and the changes you will face throughout your life whilst helping you to prioritise your health and wellbeing in the process.
The day will also cover each of the 8 Pillars of Wellness:
Social, Emotional, Physical, Financial, Environmental, Intellectual, Occupational, and Spiritual.
