In an age of ever present diet related illnesses like heart disease, diabetes, and obesity, where less than one in ten get the recommended amount of fruits and vegetables, proposed solutions are plentiful, but few seem to agree on one.
Some argue for investing in food technology, or more healthy and eco-friendly practices; others advocate for leaving meat off our plates entirely. But if we are to develop and deliver effective solutions, the engagement of stakeholders representing all motivations and areas of expertise is critical.
At its core, this talk with Reducetarian Foundation explores how we can unite these diverse perspectives with emerging tools to create a more equitable, compassionate, and nourishing food system.
