This is our Practice Sessions, these are free and open to any members from our society that attend our classes.
The dates for the sessions are as follows:
- 15th (Friday) October
- 22nd (Friday) October
- 29th (Friday) October
- 5th (Friday) November
- 12th (Friday) November
These will take place at 6:30pm and will last an hour.
Be sure to bring a towel, some comfy sports clothing for you to wear during class and some water!
This is a great oppourtunity for any of our members to try out the moves that they have been learning in class and further their pole skills.
If you are interested don't be shy and email us, dm us on instagram or facebook and we can sort out a spot for you in the class. Don't forget that to attend these sessions you need to be a member of our society and attend our classes. You can purchase those on the union website on our page but if you're having any issues please just message us and we will sort something out. Contact details are at the bottom.
