Flavour and Aroma of Raw Hops

To start off our first event of 2021, we have a presentation from a former MSc Brewing and Distilling Student, Tessa Schilaty, who graduated in 2019.
Tessa is currently working as a sensory researcher for Yakima Chief Hops, and will be sharing her research and expertise with us. She will be focusing on how flavor and aroma evolves from raw hops through the brewing process and into the final beer.
